Adysor is a marketplace platform that connects clients seeking financial advice with verified financial advisors. We facilitate connections and communications but are not a party to any agreement between clients and advisors.

3. User Accounts

To use certain features of the Platform, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain and update your information as necessary
• Keep your account credentials secure
• Be responsible for all activities under your account

3.2 Advisor Verification

Advisors must undergo verification of credentials and professional background. We reserve the right to reject or suspend accounts that do not meet our verification standards.

4. User Responsibilities

4.1 Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

• Provide accurate information about their financial planning needs
• Respect advisor time and respond to communications appropriately
• Honor any agreements made with advisors outside of the Platform

4.2 Advisor Responsibilities

Advisors agree to:

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date professional profiles
• Provide professional and ethical financial advisory services
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Respond to client inquiries in a timely manner
• Honor pricing and service commitments made on their profiles

5. Payment and Fees

Clients: Adysor does not charge platform fees to clients. Clients pay advisors directly for services according to agreed-upon terms.

Advisors: Advisors may be charged fees for leads received through the Platform. Pricing details are provided in the advisor dashboard. All fees are clearly disclosed before any charges are made.

6. Platform Rules and Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Platform for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Post false, misleading, or fraudulent information
• Interfere with or disrupt the Platform's operation
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Platform
• Use automated systems to access the Platform without permission
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

7. Intellectual Property

The Platform and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Adysor and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:

• Uninterrupted or error-free operation
• The accuracy or completeness of advisor information
• The quality of advice provided by advisors
• Specific outcomes from using the Platform

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Adysor shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

Adysor acts as a marketplace platform and is not responsible for the advice, services, or conduct of advisors listed on the Platform. Any disputes between clients and advisors should be resolved directly between the parties.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Adysor and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising out of your use of the Platform or violation of these Terms.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Platform immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform will cease immediately.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Platform after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
