Refunds & Cancellation Policy


1. Overview

Adysor™ (“we”, “our”, “the Platform”) is a digital marketplace connecting clients with financial advisors, CAs, planners, and other registered professionals.

Adysor operates a wallet-credit system that allows advisors to:

  • View inbound leads

  • Message prospects

  • Initiate bookings

  • Boost visibility

This Refunds & Cancellation Policy outlines how wallet credits, subscriptions, cancellations, and withdrawals function on the Platform.

By using Adysor, you agree to this Refunds & Cancellation Policy.

2. Wallet Credits — No Refund Policy

2.1 Wallet top-ups are final

All wallet-credit purchases made by advisors are non-refundable.

Once credits are added to an Adysor wallet:

  • They cannot be reversed

  • They cannot be converted back to money

  • They cannot be withdrawn (except under the special case in Section 6.3)

  • They cannot be transferred to another user

2.2 Reasoning

Wallet credits are consumed instantly for digital actions such as:

  • Viewing lead details

  • Messaging prospects

  • Initiating booking flows

  • Paying per-lead or per-action fees

These actions cannot be reversed once triggered.

2.3 Credits do not expire

Wallet credits do not expire, unless stated during limited-time promotions.

3. Advisor Plans & Subscriptions

3.1 Monthly subscriptions

  • Advisors may cancel anytime.

  • Cancellation stops future recurring billing only.

  • Payments already made are non-refundable.

3.2 Annual subscriptions

  • Annual plans (discounted) are non-refundable once activated.

3.3 Free trials or promotional credits

Free trials, bonus credits, or promotional credits are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

4. Client Bookings & Sessions

4.1 Cancellation by the advisor

If an advisor cancels a session:

  • They must coordinate directly with the client.

  • Adysor does not refund wallet credits spent to obtain the lead.

4.2 Cancellation by the client

Client-side refunds or cancellations depend fully on the advisor’s personal policies.

Adysor does not process or mediate these payments.

4.3 Misconduct, no-shows, or service issues

If a client reports:

  • Advisor no-show

  • Misconduct

  • Service quality issues

Adysor may investigate internally.

Refunds are not guaranteed and wallet credits already consumed will not be returned.

5. Lead Interactions & Digital Services

5.1 Digital actions are irreversible

Once an advisor performs a paid action—such as:

  • Viewing a lead

  • Messaging a lead

  • Initiating a booking

  • Receiving a confirmed booking

—credits cannot be reversed.

5.2 Invalid lead claims

Advisors may report invalid or fraudulent leads within 48 hours.

Outcome:

  • Replacement credits may be issued at Adysor’s discretion

  • Cash refunds are never provided

6. Account Cancellation & Wallet Withdrawals

6.1 Advisor account deletion

Advisors may request account deletion at any time.

Important:

  • Deleting an account does not automatically refund unused credits.

  • Subscription fees already paid are not refunded.

6.2 CAs (Compliance Mode)

Registered Chartered Accountants:

  • Cannot withdraw wallet credits

  • Cannot convert credits back into money

  • Operate strictly under ICAI rules

  • Only pay fixed subscription fees

6.3 Wallet withdrawal option (Non-CA advisors only)

Non-CA advisors may request a wallet withdrawal only under these conditions:

  • Withdrawal is allowed only if the advisor is deleting their account permanently.

  • Minimum withdrawable amount: ₹1,000.

  • Only the remaining unused credits can be withdrawn.

  • Credits already consumed on digital actions cannot be reversed.

  • A processing time of 7–10 working days applies.

  • A small processing fee may be deducted (if applicable).

  • Withdrawal requests must be submitted to:

support@adysor.com

Adysor reserves the right to request identity verification before processing.

6.4 Platform termination

If Adysor suspends or terminates an account due to:

  • Fraud

  • Violation of Terms

  • Abuse or misuse

Unused credits will not be refunded or withdrawable.

7. Refund Processing Timelines

Where refunds or credit adjustments are approved (e.g., invalid lead cases):

  • Processing time: 7–10 working days

  • Refunds are issued as wallet credits unless explicitly stated otherwise

  • Cash refunds are never issued except under Section 6.3 (withdrawal on account deletion for non-CA advisors)

8. Non-Refundable / Non-Cancellable Items

The following are strictly non-refundable and non-cancellable:

  • Wallet top-ups

  • Subscription fees (monthly/annual)

  • Per-lead or per-action digital service fees

  • Promotional credits or offers

  • Boosts or visibility purchases

  • Credits consumed due to user mistake

  • Credits consumed due to delayed response or missed opportunity

  • CA subscription fees (Compliance Mode)

These cannot be returned under any circumstance.

9. Cancellations

9.1 Cancellation Process

To cancel a subscription or delete your account:

Email us at support@adysor.com with:

  • Registered email

  • Phone number

  • Reason for cancellation

  • If applicable: request for withdrawal (non-CA advisors only)

9.2 Cancellation Fee

If a subscription is already in progress or the account is being processed for deletion:

  • A small processing/administrative fee may apply (if relevant).

  • This is deducted before wallet withdrawal (non-CA advisers only).
