Refunds & Cancellation Policy
1. Overview
This policy governs subscription billing, cancellation, and refunds for Adysor's paid platform features. It applies to CA Users on paid subscription plans.
2. Subscription Plans
Subscription details including pricing, features, and billing cycle are displayed at adysor.com/pricing and at the time of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled.
3. Cancellation
Subscribers may cancel at any time through Settings > Billing > Cancel Subscription. Cancellation prevents future billing but does not affect the current billing cycle. Access to paid features continues until the end of the paid period.
4. Refunds
Subscription payments are non-refundable except in the following circumstances:
Duplicate charges resulting from a billing error
Technical failure preventing any access to the Platform for more than 72 consecutive hours, documented and reported to support@adysor.com
Billing errors attributable to Adysor
Refund requests must be submitted to support@adysor.com within 14 days of the transaction date, with a description of the issue and the transaction ID.
5. No Guarantee of Client Enquiries
Adysor provides technology infrastructure and discovery tools. Adysor does not guarantee client enquiries, leads, or professional engagements. Subscription fees are for access to platform features, not for a guaranteed business outcome.
6. Payment Processing
Payments are processed through Cashfree Payments India Pvt Ltd. Adysor does not store payment card information. Payment processing is subject to the payment processor's own terms of service.
7. Pricing Changes
Adysor may update subscription pricing with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers. The updated price applies from the next billing cycle after the notice period. If you do not agree with a pricing change, cancel your subscription before the change takes effect.
