This policy governs subscription billing, cancellation, and refunds.

Subscription details including pricing, features, and billing cycle will be displayed at the time of purchase.

Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled.

3. Cancellation

Subscribers may cancel their subscription at any time through their account settings.

Cancellation prevents future billing but does not affect the current billing cycle.

4. Refunds

Subscription payments are generally non-refundable.

Refunds may be issued only in cases of:

  • duplicate charges

  • billing errors

  • technical failure preventing platform access

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the transaction.

5. No Guarantee of Clients or Work

Adysor provides technology infrastructure and discovery tools.

Adysor does not guarantee client enquiries, leads, or professional engagements.

6. Payment Processing

Payments may be processed through third-party payment processors.

Adysor does not store payment card information.

7. Pricing Changes

Adysor may update subscription pricing with reasonable notice.

Existing billing cycles will not be affected.
