1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Adysor (“the Platform”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you may not access or use the Platform.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Adysor.

2. Description of Service

Adysor is a marketplace and directory platform that connects clients seeking financial advice with verified financial advisors and CAs.

We facilitate:

  • Profile discovery

  • Communication

  • Lead generation

  • Booking initiation

Adysor does not provide financial advice and is not a party to any agreement between clients and advisors.

All advisory services are independently offered by the advisors.

3. User Accounts

3.1 Account Creation

To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information

  • Maintain and update your information when required

  • Keep your login credentials confidential

  • Accept responsibility for all activity under your account

3.2 Advisor Verification

Advisors must undergo credential and background verification.

Adysor may reject, suspend, or revoke advisor accounts if:

  • Credentials are inaccurate

  • Compliance standards are not met

  • Misconduct or user complaints are validated

4. User Responsibilities

4.1 Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

  • Provide accurate details regarding financial needs

  • Communicate respectfully and professionally

  • Not misuse advisor time or resources

  • Honor any agreements made directly with advisors

  • Use information received only for personal purposes

4.2 Advisor Responsibilities

Advisors agree to:

  • Maintain up-to-date profiles and credentials

  • Provide ethical, lawful, and professional advisory services

  • Respond to client enquiries promptly

  • Honor pricing, commitments, and service terms listed

  • Follow all compliance guidelines applicable to financial advisory in India

5. Payment Terms

For Clients

  • Adysor does not charge any platform fee to clients.

  • Payments for advisory services are handled directly between the client and the advisor.

For Advisors

Adysor offers two advisor categories with different fee structures:

5.1 Registered Financial Advisors (Non-CA Advisors)

  • Non-CA advisors may be charged for:

  • Profile views

  • Lead interactions

  • Messaging

  • Booking initiation

  • Completed bookings

All fees for these actions are disclosed in the advisor dashboard before any charges occur.

Advisors must maintain a sufficient wallet balance to access these paid features.

Failure to maintain balance may result in temporary access restrictions.

5.2 Chartered Accountants (CA Compliance Mode)

CAs on the Platform operate under mandatory compliance rules as per ICAI’s Code of Ethics.

Accordingly:

  • CAs cannot be charged per lead, per interaction, or per booking outcome.

  • CAs may only be charged a fixed subscription fee for Platform access and visibility features.

  • Adysor does not modify, influence, or promote pricing of CA services.

  • CA profiles must accurately reflect their qualifications, firm details, and regulatory status.

  • CAs are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with ICAI guidelines and any other professional regulations.

Adysor does not provide legal or compliance advice and cannot be held liable for violations committed by CA users.

6. Usage Restrictions

Users agree NOT to:

  • Use the Platform for unlawful or harmful activities

  • Impersonate individuals or misrepresent credentials

  • Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information

  • Harass, abuse, or harm other users

  • Interfere with Platform functionality

  • Attempt to access unauthorized areas of the Platform

  • Use bots, scrapers, or automated systems without permission

  • Upload or transmit harmful code

  • Violate any applicable Indian laws or regulations

Unauthorized use of the Platform will result in account suspension and legal action where applicable.

7. Intellectual Property Ownership

All Platform content—including text, design, graphics, logos, UI, and software—is the property of Adysor and protected by intellectual property laws.

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Platform for personal or business purposes as per these Terms.

Users may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without written permission from Adysor.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

We do not guarantee:

  • Error-free or uninterrupted service

  • Accuracy of advisor information

  • Quality or outcome of financial advice provided by advisors

  • Any specific financial results

Adysor does not provide financial advice and is not responsible for actions taken based on communications between clients and advisors.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • Adysor is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

  • This includes loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or reputational harm.

  • Our total liability is limited to the amount paid to Adysor (if any) for Platform-related services.

All disputes or issues between clients and advisors must be resolved directly between them.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Adysor, its founders, employees, agents, and affiliates from any claims, liabilities, losses, or damages arising from:

  • Your use of the Platform

  • Your breach of these Terms

  • Your interaction or agreement with advisors or clients

11. Termination

Adysor may suspend or terminate accounts at any time without prior notice if:

  • You violate these Terms

  • You engage in fraudulent or harmful activity

  • You provide inaccurate information

  • You misuse the Platform in any way

Upon termination, all rights granted to you under these Terms immediately cease.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India.

Any disputes will be handled under Indian jurisdiction.

13. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising out of or relating to:

  • These Terms

  • Your use of the Platform

shall be resolved through arbitration or mediation in Bangalore, India, in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.

14. Changes to Terms

Adysor may update or modify these Terms at any time.

Updated Terms will be published on this page with the new “Last Updated” date.

Continued use of the Platform indicates acceptance of the revised Terms.

15. CA Compliance (Chartered Accountants)

Chartered Accountants using the Platform are required to adhere to applicable professional and compliance obligations as defined by the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI).

CAs will not receive leads or business through per-click, per-view, or per-booking fee models.

Adysor only provides subscription-based access for discovery and visibility.

All interactions between CAs and clients are initiated voluntarily by clients.

Adysor does not solicit business on behalf of CAs or influence fees charged by them.

CAs are fully responsible for ensuring that their conduct on the Platform complies with ICAI’s advertising and client acquisition rules.

This section applies exclusively to CAs using Compliance Mode.
