Adysor does not provide accounting, taxation, legal, or financial advisory services.
All professional services are provided directly by the professionals using the platform.
2. Independent Professionals
Chartered Accountants listed on Adysor are independent professionals.
Adysor:
does not employ professionals
does not supervise professional services
does not guarantee the quality or outcome of services
Users engage professionals at their own discretion and risk.
3. No Professional Advice
All information on the platform is for informational purposes only.
Nothing on the platform constitutes:
accounting advice
tax advice
financial advice
legal advice
Professional advice must be obtained directly from a qualified professional.
4. User Accounts
Users may create accounts to access platform features.
Users agree to:
provide accurate information
maintain account confidentiality
use the platform lawfully
Users are responsible for activity under their accounts.
5. Professional Profiles
Professionals are responsible for ensuring that:
their credentials are accurate
they comply with applicable laws
they follow professional regulatory requirements including ICAI rules
Adysor does not independently verify all credentials and does not guarantee professional qualifications.
6. Platform Use Restrictions
Users may not:
misuse the platform
attempt unauthorized access
upload harmful software
interfere with platform operation
use the platform for illegal activity
7. Platform Availability
Adysor may modify or discontinue platform features at any time.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
Adysor shall not be liable for:
professional advice or services provided by professionals
disputes between users and professionals
financial losses resulting from professional engagements
decisions made based on information obtained through the platform
Users agree that engagement with professionals is solely between the user and the professional.
9. Disputes Between Users and Professionals
Adysor is not responsible for resolving disputes between users and professionals.
Users and professionals agree to resolve disputes directly between themselves.
Adysor may, at its discretion, provide assistance but is not obligated to intervene.
10. Intellectual Property
All platform software, branding, design, and content are owned by Adysor.
Users may not copy, distribute, or reproduce platform materials without permission.
11. Termination
Adysor may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or misuse the platform.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
Disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of the courts of Bangalore, Karnataka.
